Wie kann ich behilflich sein?
Can the tents also be filled with compressed air from a breathing air bottle?
Yes, all GYBE® emergency tents have inflation valves for both compressed air and the normal electric or battery pump. A pressure regulator is always required for filling with breathing air bottles.
Can the tents be closed completely?
Yes, both the medical tent and the rapid deployment tent are equipped with zippers on the four openings into which the supplied walls can be zipped in.
How many people do I need to set up the tent?
All GYBE® deployment tents are characterized by their very easy handling. The medical tent can be quickly set up by 1-2 people and the rapid deployment tent can even be set up by just one person alone due to even fewer air chambers.
How big is the pack size of the tents?
The rapid deployment tent will be delivered in a backpack with dimensions of 75 x 50 x 45 cm and the medical tent will be delivered in a transport bag with dimensions of 90 x 55 x 55 cm. Both types of tent can be carried by only one strong person in the event of an emergency.
How weatherproof are the tents?
Due to their design and shape, both the rapid deployment tent and the medical tent have a significant stability advantage over other tents and can therefore be used in winds up to force 8 (bft) when correctly weighted. In addition, with a water column of 4000 mm, they are also safe in the event of rain.
In which sizes are the tents available?
The rapid deployment tent is available in two sizes: with floor areas of 4 x 4 m and 5 x 5 m. The medical tent is available in only one size and a floor area of 3.7 x 3.7 m.
Are there weights included with the tents?
Yes, every GYBE® rapid deployment tent comes with 4 sandbags or 4 waterbags, the GYBE® medical tent even comes with 8 sandbags as standard for weighting. These are unfilled when delivered.
How long does the installation take?
The rapid deployment tent, like the medical tent, can be set up using compressed air within a maximum of 6 minutes.
Do I need a continuous blower?
No, the inner tube is triple-welded and therefore completely airtight, so that all GYBE® deployment tents only need to be filled once and then they hold the air permanently.
